The Alhambra will be holding an open day with free admission to the Alcazaba on 2nd January

The Council of the Alhambra and Generalife will be holding an open day at the Alcazaba from 08:30 to 18:00 h on 2nd January, a local holiday to commemorate the Taking of Granada in 1492.
As has been the custom in recent years, all those who wish to can visit the Alcazaba free of charge and ring the bell of the Tower of the Candle. The altar of the Gate of Justice will also be open to the public from 08:30 to 18:00 h.
