The Alhambra’s team of security guards receives an Honorary Mention from the National Police Force

The team of security guards from the Council of the Alhambra and Generalife, who work for the security company Securitas Seguridad España S.A, have received an Honorary Mention in category A, awarded by the National Police Force for the “collaboration, goodwill and professionalism” they showed during the inauguration of the Granada International Festival of Music and Dance in 2012. The Festival was opened by Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain and took place in the Palace of Charles V. 

The Senior Office of the Police of Eastern Andalusia offered their thanks to Private Security companies for “making these tribute ceremonies possible with their day-to-day work and their participation”.
