The Museum Volunteers, a source of wisdom

There is a body of senior citizen cultural volunteers, which since more than 20 years ago, has dedicated their time, experience and knowledge to museums, cathedrals, churches, palaces and historic monuments all over Spain. Their aim is to promote art and culture
This morning in the Palace of Charles V, the director-general of the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, María del Mar Villafranca, has welcomed the members of the Spanish Confederation of Pensioners’ Groups and all the volunteers of the Museum of the Alhambra, which unites all the groups of Museum volunteers from all over Spain, who have taken part in a special work day.
