Prince Haakon of Norway, fascinated by the Alhambra

This morning Prince Haakon of Norway paid a private visit to the Alhambra and Generalife. The Crown Prince of Norway, not accompanied this time by his wife Mette-Marit, toured the site with a guide and showed particular interest in the restored lion statues, now back in their original location in the Alhambra’s best-known courtyard.
In spite of the cold of the morning, with temperatures of -2ºC, Prince Haakon also visited the Partal Gardens and the Generalife, passing completely unnoticed by the hundreds tourists visiting the Alhambra at the time.
