Next Friday, 8 April, the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife (PAG) launches a new series of expert-guided visits. The programme, which runs until June, takes place on Fridays, from 4.00 pm onwards, and on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.00 am.

On Saturday, 9 April, Arab philologist Naima Anahnah Boutzaght will analyse the Koranic epigraphs at the site, and on Sunday, 10 April, José Miguel Puerta Vílchez, Professor of History of Art at the University of Granada, will reveal the keys that help to decipher the Alhambra’s epigraphs.
Tickets are available at the Alhambra Gift & Book Shop in Granada town centre (calle Reyes Católicos, 40) or can be booked by phone at 958221118. Visits cost €6. Minimum age: 12 years.
