The Regional Minister of Culture of the Government of Andalusia, Rosa Torres, Inaugurates the Exhibition “Gallo. Interior de una revista en la Alhambra”

The Regional minister of Culture of the Government of Andalusia, Rosa Torres, and the president of the State Society of Cultural Events (SECC), Jose García-Velasco, inaugurate next Monday, May 19, the Gallo exhibition. Interior de una revista, which has been organized by the Council of the Alhambra and SECC. Organized by poet Luis Muñoz, the exhibit can be visited in the temporary exhibitions room of the Museum of Fine Arts, in the Palace of Charles V, until September 14th, and from 25th September in the Residence of Students in Madrid. The journal Gallo appeared in Granada in 1928 impelled by Federico García Lorca and there wrote authors such as Jorge Guillén, Jose Bergamín, Melchor Fernandez Almagro and Francisco Ayala. The exhibition offers, throughout more than 170 pieces, a route by the artistic and written work of the collaborators of Gallo, among which are works by Salvador Dalí and Pablo Picasso.
