INCLUDE

As the seat of the sultanate´s court, perhapas the most remarkable sights of the Alahmbra are the palaces commissioned by the Nasrid sultans. Behind the bare walls, devoid of any decoration, that mark the outside of the compound, we find a series of buildings of subtle architecture and fragile, delicate ornamentation tha produce an intentes aesthetic emotion. These were the residences used by the different Nasrid sultans for themselves and their courts. These palaces are currntly divided into three main areas independent of – yet connected with – each other: Mexuar, Palacio de Comares y Palacio de los Leones.
The night visit to the Nasrid Palaces does not allow access to the Generalife, as there is a specific night visit to discover this illuminated space, carried out at the same time.
During the night visit, visitors are asked not to use camera flashes, as this dazzles other visitors, causing disturbance and preventing the serene perception of the Nasrid Palaces.
Access to the Nasrid Palaces must be at the time indicated on the ticket.
