The Alhambra, viewed from the outside is a walled compound fortified by strong towers
built on the edges of steep precipices that make it difficult to acces.

However, the palaces that lay behind these naked walls – and many of the interior rooms of the towers – are fragile works of delicate architecture and subtle decoration. The contrast i so intense that it produces an unsurpassable aesthetic emotion.

The General Alhambra visit allows access to all visitable spaces of the monument: Alcazaba, Nasrid Palaces, Generalife. The visit to the palace of Charles V and the Alhambra Museum is free.
