COMUNICACIÓN Y PRENSA
The educational notebook project is part of a project that intends to bring the idea of the Nasrid Monument, as a city that represents another culture and another way of understanding life, closer to children. The text explains the tour through the remains of the Alcazaba: the Medina, where hypotheses appear on how the cities in the Arab epoch were, as well as on thier town-planning, social and economic evolutions. Later the Military District is shown: the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife, where it is focused on the architectural defense strategies and the building materials, the enclave and its relation in its surroundings are analyzed.
In the chapter that alludes to the Nasrid Palaces, the pupils will be able to develop their capacity for perception through the observation of forms, colors, light, volumes, and analyze the structure and disposition of spaces of a Islamic dwelling in that time, as well as make an approach to the Medieval form of life.
The project is directed to pupils in the third cycle of primary school, in secondary school and Bachillerato. This educational notebook is edited by the Patronato de la Alhambra y el Generalife.
