PURPOSES

Expanded description of the purpose(s) of the processing:

We will process your data for the management and control of cultural, educational, research and consultation activities, as well as those derived from the regulations on public visits organized by the Alhambra and Generalife Trust, and particularly, for administrative, accounting and fiscal management, security, statistics and their communication and dissemination.

CONSERVATION

Data conservation periods and criteria:

The personal data provided will be kept during the time necessary for fulfilling the purpose for which it was gathered and to determine the potential responsibilities which may arise from this purpose and data processing. Archive and documentation regulations will apply.

If applicable, the data of professionals will be kept for future actions, unless they request their deletion.

In the case of remunerated activities, they will be kept under General Tax Law 58/2003 of the 17th of December.

The entity will NOT make automated decisions, profiles or apply logic to your data.

LEGITIMACY

Legitimacy for execution of a contract:

GDPR: 6.1.b) Processing necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party participates or for the application of precontractual measures upon their request.

As communication of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement and a necessary requirement for entering into this contract, the interested party is notified that they are obligated to provide the personal data, as well as the consequences that not doing so may have on the provision of the requested service.

RECIPIENTS

During the processing period, the ALHAMBRA AND GENERALIFE TRUST will not make any transfer, unless by legal obligation, or any international transfer. It will communicate data between the different data processors with which it has data processing contracts based on the administrative service assigned to each one.

The interested party may exercise the following rights:

The interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as the request the rectification of incorrect data, or if applicable, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, the interested parties may request the limitation of processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for exercising or defending against claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related with their specific situation, the interested parties may oppose the processing of their data. In this case, the entity will stop processing the data, unless for imperative legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of potential claims.

If you grant your consent for any specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
