The Alhambra, in the magazine Discovering Art (Descubrir el Arte)

The Secret Alhambra is the title of the guide published in the September issue of the magazine Descubrir el Arte. This guide, written by the journalist Manuel Mateo Pérez, describes a personal visit of Granada’s historical monument and is at a far superior level to the classical tourist routes.
These pages include unknown details on the Nasrid monument. They investigate the origins of the Alcazaba (Citadel), the sensations inspired by the Nasrid Palaces and the fortress that was an impulse for the construction of the Palace of Charles V.
The guide has the collaboration of Jesus Bermúdez, one of the greatest world experts in the history and significance of the Alhambra, and it has been sponsored by the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife, directed by María del Mar Villafranca.
