Draw and know the Museum of the Alhambra
An initiative from January to April, in which – after a tour guided by qualified assistants – each participant chooses a piece of the Museum of the Alhambra and then make a drawing of it (primary school children) or write an comic on it (secondary school students). The drawings and comics are showcased in a virtual area open from May 2011, at the hall of the Palace of Charles V.
Also, during the celebration of the International Museum Day (18 May), the award ceremony will be celebrated where awards are given to the best drawings and comics.
The virtual area will be divided into several sections: one for the drawings and another for the comics, where you can see the works of the pupils of each primary or secondary school which has taken part in the initiative.
The exhibition is completed by an animation film and a video about the initiative, information about the International Museum Day, and an honor roll with the winner drawings and comics.
Location: Hall of the Palace of Charles V.
Date: May 3rd 2011 – April 30th 2012.
