in the Alhambra

The exhibition displays Angel Barrios’ original documents that are currently kept at the Archive of the Alhambra and the Andalusian Centre of Music Documentation. The documents have been freely reproduced with a plastic intentionality; for example, some of the key iconographic elements have been reproduced on large-size serigraphy formats.
The exhibition pretends to expose visitors to different elements (texts, images or references) that allow them to recognise in these examples of the past the root, the stem or the flower that today wake up our sensitivity and relate us to our ancestors in the same way as they maybe will relate us to our successors.
Place: Museum in Honour of Angel Barrios.
