Did you know that the golden age of the Alhambra was during the reign of Muhammad V?

The Nasrid dynasty reached its peak during the reign of Sultan Muhammad V (Granada 1338-Granada, 1391). The period 1354-1359/1362-1391 saw the construction of the Palace of the Lions and the façade of the Palace of Comares, built to celebrate the conquest of Algeciras in 1370. This was undoubtedly the period of greatest artistic development in the Alhambra.
